Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. agreed to acquire 99.90% stake in Fiduciaria Corficolombiana SA from Corporación Financiera Colombiana S.A. and Valora S.A.S.

Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. (BVC:GRUPOAVAL) agreed to acquire 99.90% stake in Fiduciaria Corficolombiana SA from Corporación Financiera Colombiana S.A. (BVC:CORFICOLCF) and Valora S.A.S. on December 11, 2024. Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. also agreed to acquire 40.77% of shares in Casa de Bolsa S.A. from Corporación Financiera Colombiana. Upon the closing of the transaction, Fiduciaria Corficolombiana will be rebranded as AVAL FIDUCIARIA.

Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A's Board of Directors approved the transaction.
