Coromandel International Limited has appointed Mr. Deepak Natarajan as the Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from April 30, 2025. Mr. Deepak Natarajan is a Commerce graduate and a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 24 years of experience in various finance functions. He has completed his Executive Education at Harvard Business School.
He is an experienced CFO with proven record of delivering results across business cycles. Strategic corporate finance leader with fund raise and investor relations experience. Hands on operational finance executive with experience in driving business performance, cost control and finance operations.
His career includes roles at 3i Infotech, NCR Corporation, Vodafone, CISCO Systems, GE Power, and BHEL GE Gas Turbine Private Limited. Prior to joining Coromandel, he was with Tata Projects Limited since October 2022, starting as the Executive Vice President, becoming Chief of Staff, and since June 2024, he was the Chief Financial Officer. Mrs. Jayashree Satagopan, the outgoing Chief Financial Officer, has resigned and will be relieved from her duties effective May 6, 2025.
