On April 22, 2024, Marilyn Hirsch resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Corebridge Financial, Inc. effective immediately. On April 24, 2024, the Board elected Christina Banthin, Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary of AIG, as a member of the Board, effective immediately. Ms. Banthin serves as a member of the Board pursuant to the Separation Agreement.
