Concord Biotech Limited announced that at its board meeting held on May 29, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company, appointed Ms. Hina Patel (A56541), who is already in employment of the company. She is appointed as a Company Secretary and Compliance OfBicer of the Company, as a (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from May 30, 2025.
