Commerzbank's Orlopp Says European Banking Union Needed to Boost M&A

"We need consolidation, but cross-border consolidation in Europe only works if we have a banking union," Commerzbank AG Chief Executive Officer Bettina Orlopp said on Thursday. She was speaking during a Bloomberg panel discussion in Frankfurt.
