Centenario Copper Corporation (Centenario) is a development-stage company, that operates in Chile through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Sociedad Contractual Minera Centenario Copper Chile (Minera Centenario) and Minera Carazalillo Limitada (Minera Carazalillo). All of the Company's efforts are focused on exploring, financing and developing three properties located in Chile: Franke, Pelusa and Pan de Azucar. The Franke Property is owned by a Chilean subsidiary of the Company, Minera Centenario. The Pelusa Property is located adjacent to the Franke Project and is a potential source of future additional resource tonnage for the Franke Project. Pan de Azucar Property is a 1,700 hectare property located about 45 kilometers from the Franke Property. In April 2009, Quadra Mining Ltd. acquired the Company.
