change of ownership and control of the Company. Therefore, he also ceases to be a Chairman of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Member of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. Mrs. Jana Chatra, has tendered her resignation from the Board of the Company from the position of Non-Executive - Independent Director of the Company, with effect from the conclusion of the Board meeting held on 20 June, 2025, pursuant to sale and transfer of entire shareholding of Italian Thai Development Public Company Limited, Promoter of the Company to Renew Exim DMCC, and consequent change of ownership and control of the Company.
