ITD Cementation India Limited announced that on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company have considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Navneet Kabra as Senior Vice President- Operations falling in the category of Senior Management Personnel with effect from July 1, 2025. Mr. Navneet Kabra holds the following degrees: B. E. (Mechanical) from University of Mumbai, Maharashtra -2002. Post Graduate Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI University, Hyderabad (2006).
Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Emeritus Institute of Management, Singapore (2020). Having worked with Udupi Power Corporation, Adani Infra India Ltd., CPL Power India Pvt. Ltd., TATA power Co.
Ltd., and Adani ConneX Private Limited, Mr. Kabra has a vast experience of about 22 years in relevant infrastructure industry. Mr. Navneet Kabra is not related to any Director of the Company.
