Appointed Mr. Chaithanya Agasthyaraju to the office of Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company effective February 07, 2025, as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Audit Committee of the Company, who shall serve as /hold the position of CFO - Designate of the Company with immediate effect till the closing business hours of February 06, 2025. Mr. Chaithanya Agasthyaraju has 19 years of experience in Finance Strategy including Treasury, Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis, P&L Management, Auditing, Corporate Finance and People Management.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Agasthyaraju served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Director - Finance at Griffith Foods Private Limited. He began his career in 2005 as a Senior Officer - Internal Audit at Hyundai Motor India Limited. Over the years, he transitioned into Finance and held various key positions, progressively taking on more responsibilities.
He has worked with several prominent organizations, including Ashok Leyland Limited, OLA Electric Technologies Private Limited.
