Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. (SEHK:2373) agreed to acquire an additional 20% stake in Business of Naturade Health Technology Co., Ltd. from Naturade Health Technology Company Limited for CNY 100 million on May 28, 2025. A cash consideration of CNY 100 million will be paid by Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. As part of consideration, CNY 100 million is paid towards assets of Business of Naturade Health Technology Co., Ltd. Upon completion, Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. will own 90% stake in Business of Naturade Health Technology Co., Ltd.
