BASF India Limited at its Board of Directors meeting held on 14th May 2025 have recommended a dividend of INR 20/- per equity share i.e., 200% for the financial year ended 31st March 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The dividend, if approved, by the shareholders, will be payable on or after 16th August 2025.
