The Board of Directors of the Bank received the resignation letter from Ms. Meng Qian. Due to the age reason, Ms. Meng Qian resigned as Chief Information Officer of the Bank. The resignation shall become effective as of 30 June 2025.

Reason for Resignation: Age Reason. Ms. Meng Qian has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board, and there are no matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Bank. The handover has been completed in accordance with the relevant requirements.
