Mr. Neeraj Bansal (currently serving as Chief General Manager, Unit Head - Mankapur Unit) had tendered his resignation on 25th April 2025 and the same has been accepted by the Company with effect from closure of business hours of 15th May, 2025. Mr. Rama Shanker Prasad is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of extensive experience in the field of Finance and Accounts.
For the past 21 years, he has been an integral part of the Company, where he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in supervising and managing Finance, Accounts, and Administrative Operations. Prior to which he was a Partner at G.P. Agarwal & Co., a renowned chartered accountancy firm based in Kolkata. Mr. Rama Shanker Prasad is a qualified Chartered Accountant and brings deep expertise, strategic insight, and operational excellence to every role he undertakes.
At 56 years of age, he remains a dynamic leader, contributing significantly to the financial health and organizational growth of the Company.
