Bajaj Housing Finance Limited is an India-based non-deposit-taking housing finance company. The Company offers a range of products, such as home loan, home loan balance transfer, loans against property (LAP), lease rental discounting, and developer finance. It offers finance to individuals as well as corporate entities for the purchase and renovation of homes, or commercial spaces. It also provides loans against property for business or personal needs as well as working capital for business expansion purposes. It also offers finance to developers engaged in the construction of residential and commercial properties as well as lease rental discounting to developers and high-net-worth individuals. Under its Lease Rental Discounting, the loans are extended for commercial office spaces, industrial spaces, and local warehouses. It also offers life insurance, general insurance, health insurance, online primary healthcare assistance services and other financial services products to customers.
