Bagmane Prime Office REIT is an India-based real estate investment (REIT). The Company owns and manages Grade A+ business parks located in Bengaluru. The investment objectives of the Company are to raise funds in accordance with applicable law, for the purpose of attaining the object and purpose of the Company; to make investments or re-investments in accordance with inter alia the Trust Deed, the Investment Management Agreement, the Share Acquisition Agreements, Other Investors Securities Acquisition Agreements and applicable law, including any business of operation and maintenance of its portfolios' directly held by the Company and providing loans to the SPV(s)/ HoldCo and others. Its portfolio comprises approximately 20.3 million square feet (msf)of total area and 19.6 msf of leasable area. Its portfolio includes Bagmane World Technology Centre, Bagmane Constellation Business Park and others. Bagmane Realty Investment Manager Private Limited is the manager of the Company.
