Awalé Resources Limited announced a non-brokered private placement of 15,037,593 common shares at a price of CAD 0.55 per share for the gross proceeds of CAD 8,270,676.15 on May 27, 2025. Closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about June 20, 2025. The transaction is subject to the satisfaction of certain closing conditions, including receipt of TSXV final approval and all other necessary regulatory approvals.
The Shares will be subject to a hold period of four months plus a day following the Closing Date in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws and the policies of the TSXV. The transaction will include participation from Fortuna Mining Corp.
