AviChina Industry & Technology Company Limited at its 2024 AGM approved a final dividend of RMB 0.081 per share for the year ended 31 December 2024. The 2024 Final Dividend of RMB 0.081 (equivalent to HKD 0.087853, based on the central parity rate between RMB and Hong Kong dollars issued by the People's Bank of China for the five working days prior to the declaration of dividends at the 2024 AGM) per share (tax inclusive) calculated based on the existing number of total issued shares of 7,972,854,242 shares of the Company as at Friday, 30 May 2025, will be paid to holders of shares whose names appear on the register of members of the Company at the close of business on Friday, 30 May 2025. The 2024 Final Dividend is expected to be paid to holders of shares of the Company on Wednesday, 25 June 2025.
Pursuant to the aforesaid tax regulations, when the 2024 Final Dividend is to be distributed to the holders of H shares whose names appeared on the register of members of H shares of the Company as at Friday, 30 May 2025, the Company will generally withhold and pay 10% of the dividend to be distributed to the individual holders of H shares of the Company as individual income tax.
