Atlas Consolidated Mining and Development Corporation is a Philippines-based diversified natural resource-based company. The Company is engaged in metallic mineral exploration and mining. It operates through two segments: mining and non-mining. The mining segment is engaged in exploration and mining operations. The non-mining segment is engaged in bulk water supply or acts as a holding company. It is also engaged in the development and commercial production of other marketable by-products, such as pyrite, magnetite and molybdenum. The Company operates the Toledo copper mine in the province of Cebu through its wholly owned subsidiary Carmen Copper Corporation. Toledo copper mine covers approximately 1,674 hectares. The Company hosts a reservoir and dam complex located in Barangay Malubog, Toledo City known as the Malubog Dam. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Atlas Exploration Inc., hosts, explores and develops copper, gold, nickel, and other mineral exploration properties.
