AS-IP Tech, Inc. is a provider of in-flight connectivity solutions for airlines and corporate jets. The Company's products include BizjetMobile for corporate jets, and fflya for airlines. fflya is a free passenger messaging and e-commerce solutions for low cost airlines. fflya leverages micro-satellites with low-cost hardware that is simple to install as it requires no modification to the aircraft. The Company owns the intellectual property of BizjetMobile an in-flight connectivity solution for corporate jet owners and operators. Its solutions include unlimited messaging (SMS, e-mail via GetMail, and WhatsApp Click-to-Chat), private & secure, live Internet on demand (via Iridium Certus 100), smart data control, and multi-user messaging. It provides services to passengers and crew. The Company's core technology uses Bluetooth to connect multiple clients in a closed network to facilitate data optimization and is the driver behind its airline and corporate jet programs.
