AInnovation Technology Group Co., Ltd. entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with KEENON Robotics Co., Ltd. recently. Pursuant to the Strategic Cooperation Agreement, the Company and KEENON Robotics shall collaborate on technology, scenario application, and market promotion initiatives. That includes the establishment of a Joint R&D Laboratory, leveraging KEENON Robotics's full-chain capabilities in independent R&D and design, large-scale intelligent manufacturing, and global commercial deployment of embodied intelligent robots, alongside the Company's AInnoGC industrial large-model technology platform and the technology stack of ChatRobot's industrial embodied intelligence robots.
Together, the parties will explore innovative applications of embodied intelligence robotics in industrial settings. Furthermore, by leveraging industry demand insights, the collaboration will deeply explore the value of embodied intelligence in industrial automation scenarios, jointly develop robot solutions with industry competitiveness, and actively drive their commercial implementation.
