Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300015) agreed to acquire 80% stake in Kangping Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. from Hunan Liangshi Vision Medical Industry Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) for CNY 12 million on July 29, 2024. A cash consideration of CNY 12 million will be paid by Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. The transaction will be financed through Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. own funds. For the period ended December 31, 2023 Kangping Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. reported revenue of CNY 8 million total assets of CNY 8 million common equity of CNY 0.76 million and net profit of CNY 0.24 million.

The transaction is subject to approval of offer by acquirer board. The deal has been approved by the board.
