Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300015) agreed to acquire 75% stake in Suizhong Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. from Hunan Liangshi Changyin Medical Industry Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (LP) for CNY 10.5 million on July 29, 2024. A cash consideration of CNY 10.5 million will be paid by Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. As part of consideration, CNY 10.5 million is paid towards common equity of Suizhong Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. The transaction will be financed through equity investment of CNY 10.5 million.

For the period ending December 31, 2023, Suizhong Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. reported total revenue of CNY 9.81 million and net loss of CNY 0.04 million. As of December 31, 2023, Suizhong Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 11.29 million and net liabilities of CNY 2.1 million.

The deal has been approved by the board of directors of Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd.
