Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300015) agreed to acquire 70% stake in Meizhou Aier Eye Hospital from Hunan Liangshi Vision Medical Industry Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) for CNY 42 million on July 29, 2024.

For the period ending December 31, 2023, Meizhou Aier Eye Hospital reported total revenue of CNY 31.01 million and net income of CNY 1.48 million. As of December 31, 2023, Meizhou Aier Eye Hospital reported total assets of CNY 24.21 million and total common equity of CNY 0.89 million.

The transaction is subject to approval of offer by acquirer board. The deal has been approved by the board. The transaction will be financed by own funds.
