Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300015) agreed to acquire 70% stake in Laiwu Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. from Hunan Liangshi Changyin Medical Industry Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (LP) for CNY 32.2 million on July 29, 2024. A cash consideration of CNY 32.2 million will be paid by Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. The transaction will be financed through Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. own funds. For the period ended December 31, 2023 Laiwu Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd reported total assets of CNY 27 common equity of CNY 4 million revenue of CNY 22 and net profit of CNY 1.35 million.

The transaction is subject to approval of offer by acquirer board. The deal has been approved by the board.
