Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300015) agreed to acquire 70% stake in Hong?an Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. from Hunan Liangshi Changyin Medical Industry Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (LP) for CNY 10.5 million on July 29, 2024. A cash consideration of CNY 10.5 million will be paid by Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. The transaction will be financed through Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. own funds. For the period ended December 31, 2023 Hong?an Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 10 million common equity of CNY 0.5 million revenue of CNY 8 million and net loss of CNY 0.71 million.

The transaction is subject to approval of offer by acquirer board. The deal has been approved by the board.
