Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300015) agreed to acquire 70% stake in Daye Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. from Tianjin Aixin Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) for CNY 15.4 million on July 29, 2024. A cash consideration of CNY 15.4 million will be paid by Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. As part of consideration, CNY 15.4 million is paid towards common equity of Daye Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. The transaction will be financed through equity investment of CNY 15.4 million.

For the period ending December 31, 2023, Daye Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. reported total revenue of CNY 14.4 million and net income of CNY 0.44 million. As of December 31, 2023, Daye Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 19.58 million and total common equity of CNY 7.97 million.

The deal has been approved by the board of directors of Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd.
