Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300015) agreed to acquire 55% stake in Liaoyang Aier Tongming Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. from Tianjin Aixin Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) for CNY 28 million on July 29, 2024. A cash consideration of CNY 27 million will be paid by Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. The transaction will be financed through Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. own funds. For the period ended December 31, 2023 Liaoyang Aier Tongming Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 18 million common equity of CNY 10 million revenue of CNY 26 million and net profit of CNY 1.5 million.

The transaction is subject to approval of offer by acquirer board. The deal has been approved by the board.
