ADVANC has announced several changes in its board and sub-committees. Mr. Mark Chong Chin Kok resigned from his positions as Director and Member of Executive Committee, due to personal commitments. His term was set to expire on May 6, 2025.
Mr. Gerardo C. Jr. Ablaza also resigned from his positions as Independent Director and Audit Committee member, with his term expiring on May 6, 2025, due to personal commitments. Mr. Peter Kaliaropoulos has been elected as an Independent Director effective May 6, 2025. Mr. William Woo has been elected as Director and Member of Executive Committee effective May 6, 2025.
Mr. Yol Phokasub has been elected as Member of Audit and Risk Committee effective May 6, 2025. The Audit Committee consists of Mr. Krairit Euchukanonchai as Chairman, Mr. Predee Daochai as Audit Committee member, Mr. Yol Phokasub as Member of Audit and Risk Committee, and Mr. Amnuay Uthairungsri as Secretary of the Audit Committee.
