The landmark project in Los Angeles (California) covering an area of more than 70,000 m².
This transformative project marks a new chapter in the history of Beverly Hills and is expected to generate over 2,500 jobs in the region. The development will include two luxury residential towers, a high-end hotel, and an exclusive club-all under the prestigious Aman brand.
Turner will serve as the contractor for the first phase and will oversee construction activities through the project's completion.
Completion is scheduled for late 2027.
