Accell Group N.V. is the European leader in the design, production and marketing of bicycles. Net sales break down by family of products as follows: - bicycles (71.4%): trekking, town, mountain, children's and racing bikes (Haibike, Winora, Ghost, Batavus, Koga, Lapierre, Raleigh, Sparta, Babboe and Carqon brands, etc.); - bicycle parts and accessories (28.6%). Products are marketed primarily via specialized retailers. Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: the Netherlands (26.3%), Germany (40.5%), Europe (31.8%) and other (1.4%).
