Aboitiz Power Corporation is a holding company. The Company holds investments in electricity generation and distribution companies in the Philippines. Its segments include Power Generation, Power Distribution, Parent Company, and Others. The Power Generation segment is engaged in the generation and supply of power to various customers under power supply contracts, ancillary service procurement agreements, and trading. The Power Distribution segment is engaged in the distribution and sale of electricity to the end-users. The Parent Company and Others segment, which includes the operations of the Company, retail electricity sales to various offtakers eligible as contestable customers, and electricity-related services such as the installation of electrical equipment. Its wholly owned subsidiaries are Aboitiz Renewables, Inc., Therma Power, Inc., AboitizPower International Pte. Ltd., Adventpower, Inc., Balamban Enerzone Corporation, and Lima Enerzone Corporation.
