3M India Limited appointed Ms. Vidya Sarathy, Chief Financial Officer of the Company,as an Additional Director of the Company, categorized as Executive and Non- Independent Director (designated as "Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer") with effect from June 1, 2022 to hold the office up to the period of three months or the next Annual General Meeting, whichever is earlier and subject to the approval of the Members. The appointment of Ms. Vidya Sarathy as a Whole-time Director of the Company will be for a period from June 1, 2022 to February 21, 2026 (till the date of her superannuation).
