BBL Asset Management Company Limited (Management Company), as the Management Company of 3BB Internet Infrastructure Fund (Fund) informed the change of the Investment Advisory Committee member of the Fund from Mr. Montri Khongkruephan to Mr. Weerayuth Panichkul. The Investment Advisory Committee has rights, duties and responsibilities as in the prospectus of the Fund. This is effective from July 1, 2025 onwards.
