WuXi AppTec Co., Ltd. at its 2025 annual general meeting, the first A Share class meeting of 2026 and the first H Share class meeting of 2026 held on April 28, 2026, the Company will pay a final dividend of RMB 15.7927 (inclusive of tax) for every 10 Shares (representing an aggregate amount of RMB 4,712,158,162.18 (inclusive of tax) based on the total issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement). If there are changes to the total issued share capital of the Company which is entitled to the profit distribution (i.e., after deducting the shares in the Company's repurchase account, if any) prior to the record date for the implementation of the profit distribution (the ?Reference Period?), dividends will be distributed according to the original dividend amount per share and the total distribution amount will be adjusted accordingly. The final dividend will also be paid on a pro-rated basis for Shareholders who hold Shares in odd lot (i.e. RMB 1.57927 per ordinary Share).
In order to determine the list of H Shareholders who are entitled to the 2025 Profit Distribution, the Company's register of H Shareholders will be closed from May 5, 2026 to May 11, 2026, both days inclusive, during which period no transfer of H Shares will be effected. Ex-dividend date is 13 May 2026; Record date is 15 May 2026; Payment date is 29 May 2026.
