S G Highway, Thaltej Road, Ahmedabad-380054, Gujarat has been approved by Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide issuing a Certificate of Registration of Regional Director Order for change of State dated October 06, 2025. Consequently, the Clause II of the Memorandum of Association of the Company has been amended with related to the State of Registered Office of the Company.
