London-based pensions giant Willis Towers Watson Public Limited Company (NasdaqGS:WTW) is in advanced talks with NatWest Group plc (LSE:NWG) for the acquisition of workplace retirement schemes platform Cushon (Cushon Money Limited), Sky News reported. Price under negotiation was unclear on November 28, 2025, said the report. NatWest had bought a controlling 85% stake in Cushon for £144 million in 2023, the November 28 report noted.
