Webuy Global Ltd has entered into a securities subscription agreement to issue 1,139,472 class A ordinary shares at the price of $0.8776 for gross proceeds of $1,000,000.6272 on February 19, 2026. The transaction includes participation from individual investor, Zheng Mingjie for $1,000,000. The second tranche is expected to occur in early March 2026.

On the same date, the company issued 683,683 class A ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.8776 for gross proceeds of $600,000.2008 in its first tranche.
