Sapura Energy Berhad is a Malaysia-based company, which is engaged in investment holding and the provision of management services to its subsidiaries. It segments include Engineering and Construction (E&C), Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Drilling, Exploration and Production, and Corporate. Its E&C business segment offers offshore construction and subsea services, which provides complete offshore construction and installation works for offshore platforms, submarine pipelines and subsea facilities, umbilical, risers and flowlines, and engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), which provide, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning (EPCIC) solutions for the energy industry. O&M works from upgrading, modification and rejuvenation, to topside life extension and preventive, and corrective maintenance works in the oil and gas industry. The Drilling segment is involved in the charter of oil drilling rigs and provision of drilling-related services.
