He is a strategic finance professional with expertise in business partnering, cost control, capital allocation and restructuring, taxation, governance, regulatory compliance, and SAP implementations, with a strong track record in strengthening financial discipline, optimising cash flows, establishing shared services, and driving digital finance transformation. Before joining the Company, he worked at Coromandel International Limited, Caterpillar India Private Ltd., Cognizant Technology Solutions, and IndusInd Bank. At Coromandel International, he served as Corporate Controller and as Chief Financial Officer of Coromandel Chemicals Limited, enabling scalable businesses through robust financial systems and controls.
Upon the appointment of Mr. Ram Praveen Radhakrishnan as the Company's Key Managerial Personne, Mr. Surinder Kumar, Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has tendered his resignation from the position of Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective from the close of business hours on March 16, 2026. Mr. Surinder Kumar will continue to serve as the CFO of Denave and also continue to support other group initiatives in a senior finance leadership capacity and role.
