Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited along with the management team of Venn Partners LLP agreed to acquire a majority stake in Venn Partners LLP from ESR Group Limited on March 31, 2026. The transaction will see Venn?s management team increase its ownership stake in the business. The transaction will also result in a full exit of ESR from Venn.

The transaction is subject to approval by regulatory board / committee. The expected completion of the transaction is second quarter of 2026.
