4/4(iii)/2024-BO.I dated 24 November 2025, the change in assignment of Senior Management with effect from 24 November 2025. Amresh Prasad as Executive Director, Union Bank of India. Previous Assignment: CGM Transaction Monitoring Division Head Office of Punjab National Bank.
Prior to assuming the office as the Executive Director of Union Bank of India, Shri Amresh Prasad was the Chief General Manager of Punjab National Bank posted at Corporate office. He has rich banking experience of over 32 years from branch banking, Zonal Offices to Head Office level, which includes Corporate Credit, Credit Review and Monitoring, Transaction Monitoring etc. He is a graduate in Chemistry and Certified Associate from Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
Shri Prasad has attended various training and Leadership Development Programs and has taken part in Leadership Development Program at SBIL Kolkata. He has also completed Aarohan 2023 FSIB Program conducted by Financial Services Institution.
