(Alliance News) - UniCredit Spa announced on Tuesday that it has repurchased 1.7 million of its own ordinary shares at an average price of EUR65.3306 each, for a total value of EUR110.6 million.

The shares were acquired between December 1 and December 5.

As of today, the company holds 40.2 million shares, representing 2.6% of its share capital.
