The first order, confirms a tax demand of INR 1,001,910 along with interest of INR 683,824 and a penalty of INR 1,001,910. This order was received on 2nd February, 2026, and it pertains to alleged excess ITC availment in GST returns for the financial year 2021-22.
The impact on the financial, operational, or other activities of the listed entity is that the Company would be contesting the demand and does not expect the said Order to have any material financial impact on the Company. The second order also from the Assistant Commissioner, State Goods and Services Tax, Trichy, Tamil Nadu, confirms a tax demand of INR 9,354,488 along with interest of INR 9,752,246 and a penalty of INR 9,354,488. This order was similarly received on 2nd February, 2026, and it relates to alleged excess ITC availment in GST returns for the financial year 2019-20.
The Company, again, would be contesting the demand and does not expect the said Order to have any material financial impact on the Company.
