Tsingtao Brewery Company Limited announced the Board proposed the distribution of the final cash dividend of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2025, and the amount shall be RMB 2.35 per share in cash (taxes inclusive). Any dividend distribution proposal shall be subject to the consideration and approval at the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting, and the final dividend is expected to be distributed to the shareholders on 10 August 2026. Information in relation to the period for the closure of register of members for H-share shareholders of the Company would be set out in the notice of annual general meeting to be published by the Company separately.

Ex-dividend date 30 June 2026, Record date 08 July 2026 and Payment date 10 August 2026.
