Re: Corporate Announcement - Order passed by the VIth Senior Civil Judge Karachi (South) in Civil Suit No. 1696 of 2025

TRG Pakistan Limited (the "Company") would like to convey the following information:

With reference to Suit No. 1589 of 2022 which had been filed by the Company against Jahangir Siddiqui & Co. Ltd and others in the High Court of Sindh, which suit was subsequently transferred to the Court of the VIth Senior Civil Judge Karachi (South) as Civil Suit No. 1696 of 2025, the Company has received an order passed of the VIth Senior Civil Judge Karachi (South) dated December 2, 2025, whereby the Civil Judge has rejected the plaint under Order VII Rule 11 ("Order").

The Company is of the view that the Order issued by the VIth Senior Civil Judge Karachi (South) is flawed in certain respects and may not accurately reflect the merits of the case. The Company is actively evaluating its legal remedies in this respect.
