Transrail Lighting Limited at its board meeting held on May 26, 2026 recommended a Final Dividend of 2 per Equity Share (that is @ 100% of face value of INR 2 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company. The said dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the upcoming AGM, shall be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM, subject to deduction of tax at source, as applicable. The Record Date and date of the ensuing AGM shall be intimated in due course.
