Transport International Holdings Limited at its AGM held on 14 May 2026 approved an ordinary final dividend of HKD 0.50 per share for the year ended 31 December 2025 to shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders") whose names appeared on the register of members of the Company on Monday, 19 May 2026 (the "Record Date"). The ex-dividend date is 18 May 2026. The payment date is 29 June 2026.
