Real estate development company Titania has announced that the detailed development plan for the revitalization of Salem's town center is open for public review between February 12 and March 19.

Within the plan, Titania has developed building rights for Block B, a residential area comprising approximately 100 homes adjacent to the center. The project is part of the municipality's efforts to create a more cohesive town center featuring housing, services, and public meeting spaces.
