Barbara was the Chief Financial Officer of Redrow plc for 14 years, up to its combination with Barratt Developments plc in August 2024 and, up until August 2025 was Group Integration & Synergies Director of the combined business. Barbara is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Compliance Committee of Lonza Group AG and a Non-Executive Director at Barry Callebaut AG and brings significant experience in relation to large, complex companies and international markets.
Prior to joining Redrow in 2010, Barbara held senior finance and Group Finance Director roles at a number of UK listed companies including Inchcape plc, Croda International plc and Whessoe plc.
