Norges Bank has notified the AMF that it crossed the 5% capital threshold in Teleperformance on November 21, following an increase in the number of shares in the contact center group held as collateral.

The Central Bank of Norway specified that it now holds 3,045,046 Teleperformance shares, representing an equal number of voting rights. This amounts to 5.09% of the company's capital and 4.96% of the voting rights in the group, which specializes in customer experience outsourcing.
